“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” But when it does break, we can fix it. Whether it’s a broken case on a hand-held, or a burned up repeater, we can fix it. Keep in mind, however, that due to the unavailability of some older parts, it may be more cost-effective to replace older equipment than it is to repair it.
If you require service on your system or your vehicle fleet, we ask that you call ahead and make an appointment. This serves two purposes: 1) it prevents you from having to waste fuel driving to us just to find out that we are already booked for the day or our tech is out in the field and we cannot get to it. 2) It allows us to schedule adequate time to make the necessary repairs or adjustments to your equipment so that it performs optimally.
Emergency service work always takes priority. If we find that we must reschedule your appointment we will notify you as soon as we know.
